Telenor strives to be best in customer service within their field. One of the projects created to help achieve this goal, was the Telenor Summer Campaign. Our idea was to tour the country with a Service truck, meeting the Telenor clients face to face. From the truck, the service staff could help the clients by solving issues on-site, answering questions and listen to their stories. In addition we engaged the customers in competitions, offering refreshments and give-aways. A simple yet efficient way of showing customer service at its best!
