Telenor strives to be best in service within their field. To help achieve this goal, Wow Events in cooperation with Brindfors and Golin created the project ” Scan the land”. The idea was to turn Telenor’s most dissatisfied customers to passionate loyalists. Through social media, we found unhappy customers, and decided to pay them a visit. Before meeting them, we had done a thorough investigation. During the meetings we delivered unexpected surprises, solving their issues and proving that Telenor could deliver world-class service. This resulted in three case movies, produced in cooperation with the Intellecta company Unreel. The films were distributed widely via social media.
